Glow — Terms of Service

Effective October 2, 2026

Welcome to Glow — Style ("Glow"), operated by 10xVector Studio. By using the Glow iOS app or visiting glowstyle.app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. What Glow Provides

Glow provides AI-assisted personal styling, hair and outfit visualization, and 12-axis fashion methodology coaching based on photos you select on your device.

2. Acceptable Use & Photo Guidelines

• You may only upload photos that you have the right and permission to use.
• Glow uses on-device Apple Sensitive Content Analysis to block nudity, explicit, or unlawful images prior to upload. You agree not to attempt to bypass these safeguards.
• AI styling outputs are visual suggestions for personal inspiration; actual garment fit and appearance in real life may vary.

3. Credits, Glow Pro & Refunds

• Your first glow is included free. Additional glows are available via consumable packs (3 glows or 10 glows) or Glow Pro (unlocks all premium styles plus 30 glows).
• Unused glows never expire and sync via your Apple ID / iCloud Key-Value Storage.
• All billing and refund requests are processed directly by Apple App Store under Apple's standard media services terms (reportaproblem.apple.com).

4. Privacy & Zero Photo Storage

Your use of Glow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Glow does not store your uploaded photos or facial data on any server after your styling session completes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Glow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10xVector Studio's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Glow in-app purchases in the preceding 12 months.
