What is a glow?

One glow = one edit. Pick a photo, choose what to change — a hairstyle, an outfit, Travel destination styling, or Refine mine to keep your own clothes while improving their cut and color across all 12 fashion methodology axes — and tap Glow.

Credits, glows, and Pro

• Each edit uses one glow. Your first one is free (and if your original outfit already scores a 9.0–10/10, your credit is refunded automatically!).
• 3 glows ($0.99) / 10 glows ($3.99) — top up your glow balance anytime.
• Glow Pro ($19.99) — unlocks every locked style forever, and includes 30 glows.
• Glows never expire. Your balance and Pro status follow your Apple ID.

Restoring a purchase

Reinstalled Glow or moved to a new phone? Go to Settings → Restore purchases. Pro returns immediately; your remaining glows come back via iCloud.

Getting good results

Use a photo with even light where your outfit is clearly visible in frame. Both front-facing and walking-away outfit shots are supported, as well as group photos where you can tap which person to glow.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. For a refund, contact Apple directly via reportaproblem.apple.com.
